When selecting a studio, there are many things to consider, and we believe at Starstruck we have what most parents are looking for. Please ask yourself as you select a studio - Who is teaching my child? At Starstruck the answer is college-trained dance teachers with degrees in dance and elementary education. Our teachers are "trained" to teach your child. The teachers are mature and we never have high school students as teachers. We believe the faculty makes the difference, so we ask you to check us out because we feel we have the best faculty in Johnson County!! Congratulations to the members of the Starstruck Company 2010-2011. We were so pleased by all of the amazing talent seen in auditions today. Thank you so much to everyone who auditioned, you all did a tremendous job. We will be having our Company Meeting on Monday August 23rd at 6:30. Both dancers and parents should plan to attend this very important meeting. Anyone who still wants to audition for company should contact the studio at 913-492-3186. |

Updated for 2010-2011!! Our teachers are kind and loving individuals and have education and experience that will make dance a fun and learning experience. We do not allow parents to remain in the classroom as it allows the instructor to have their undivided attention. You can observe from the window in the lobby and we have watch week every other month beginning the first week of October. Tap and Ballet Combo – Ages 3 to 5 years This fun-filled class introduces ballet and tap in a positive and nurturing environment. Instructors use engaging teaching techniques to keep even the littlest dancers inspired as they begin to learn about the art of dance. Morning and evening classes are available that run through May and will perform in recital.
